First field trip ever!

Last Monday we went to the Pumpkin Patch at Loveless Park. Of course I realized as we are lining up the cars that I don't have cash and need $8.00 to ride the hayride and things with Austin. So, I ask the director for a printout with directions and I take off to the ATM. So, knowing the general area that the place is, I get on the interstate and take a look at my directions. WHAT? She gave me a premission slip, not directions. Crap. So I am flying down 59 trying to catch up with the others when I see a car that looks familiar. I slow down and get in line behind this lady driving a big ole Buick. So, we drive and drive and drive and drive when we come up on Tannehill. The lady pulls over and says she doesn't know where she is going. You've got to be kidding me. So, she gives me her directions, I put the address in my GPS and 10 minutes later, we finally get there. We immediately catch up to the others and of course I get my camera out. Error 99 is all that it will flash. I was paniced. After a few tries of taking the lens, battery and memory card out it starts working perfectly again, whew! This has not been a good day so far. We get on the hay ride that subsequently, parents didn't have to pay for, so the trip to the ATM was a waste anyway. Austin got his face painted, was a character in the story time session they had and got to take home the cutest little mini-pumpkin.
