Apparently 3/4 of Birmingham was going to Zoo Light Safari last Saturday night. The weather was mild so it really did make the perfect time for it. Even though I bought $30 worth of tickets for the train and the dang line was 2 hours long and we didn't want to wait, we still had fun. The kids got their pics made with Santa (who apparently hasn't mastered smiling without looking goofy yet!). We walked around and had a good time. I did loose one of my favorite earrings there though. I was bummed about that. But heck, considering I didn't loose my kid on tall that hoopla, I think I came out on top!
